     In addition, Hal personally shares with you the pain, anxiety and guilt that go with having to deal with an aging parent or spouse who needs long term health care.  His mother was in a coma in a nursing home for eight months, the victim of a stroke.  So was his sister, although she was there longer; and his father-in-law stayed in a nursing home for almost ten years with degenerative Alzheimer’s disease until he passed away at the age of ninety-four.

     Hal has been happily married to his wife Judy for 46 years and so far has 6 of the most magnificent grandchildren in the world.
